Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1507: Fraud by auctioneer

Every person carrying on, or employed about the business of

selling property or goods by auction, who sells any goods or

property in a damaged condition which he offers as sound or in a

good condition, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
