Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1555: Destruction of false weights or measures after

conviction.

Upon the conviction of the accused, such district attorney shall

cause any weight or measure in respect whereof the accused stands

convicted, and which remains in the possession or under the control

of such district attorney, to be destroyed.
