Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1708: Grand larceny in night time from person a felony

When it appears upon such trial, that such larceny was committed

by stealing in the night time, from the person of another, the

offender shall be guilty of a Class C1 felony offense punishable by

imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through E of Section

20L of this title.
