Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1718: Larceny of dogs

The taking of personal property of the kind defined in Section

1717 of this title, accomplished by fraud or stealth, and with the

intent to deprive another thereof, is hereby defined as larceny and

punishable in the same manner and to the same degree as in larceny

of other descriptions of personal property.
