Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-439: Concealing escaped prisoner

Every person who willfully and knowingly conceals any prisoner,

who having been confined in prison upon a charge or conviction of

misdemeanor, has escaped therefrom, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
