Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-868: Partial invalidity

If any provision or section of this act or the application

thereof to any person, corporation, organization, association,

partnership, or institution shall be held to be invalid or

unconstitutional, the remainder of the act and the application of

such provision or section to any other person, organization,

association, institution, corporation or partnership shall not be

affected thereby.
