Okla. Stat. tit. 22, § 22-2001: Short title - Scope

Sections 1 and 2 of this act shall be known and may be cited as

the "Oklahoma Criminal Discovery Code". The Oklahoma Criminal

Discovery Code shall govern the procedure for discovery in all

criminal cases in all courts in this state.
