Okla. Stat. tit. 22, § 22-361: Foreman

From the persons selected to serve as multicounty grand jurors,

the court shall appoint a foreman. The court shall also appoint a

foreman when a person already appointed is discharged or excused

before the multicounty grand jury is dismissed.
