Okla. Stat. tit. 22, § 22-717: Disobeying defendant's subpoena - Forfeiture

A witness disobeying a subpoena issued on the part of the

defendant, also forfeits to the defendant the sum of Fifty Dollars

($50.00), which may be recovered in a civil action.
