Okla. Stat. tit. 24, § 24-47: Exempt property and life insurance do not pass - Exception

the assignor do not pass to the assignee by a general assignment for

the benefit of the creditors, unless the instrument specially

mentions them, and declares an intention that they should pass

thereby.
