Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 25-306: Circumvention of act – Teleconferences and

videoconferences excepted.

No informal gatherings or any electronic or telephonic

communications, except teleconferences or videoconferences as

authorized by Section 307.1 of this title, among a majority of the

members of a public body shall be used to decide any action or to

take any vote on any matter.
