Okla. Stat. tit. 26, § 26-13-109: Copy of charter required

Municipalities operating under a charter form of government

shall be required to furnish a copy of said charter, as it applies

to conduct of elections, to the county election board of the county

wherein said municipality's central offices are located. Any

changes in a charter, as it applies to conduct of elections, shall

be provided immediately to the appropriate county election board.
