Okla. Stat. tit. 26, § 26-13A-104: Certification of election in multicounty district

For school districts and technology center school districts

located in more than one county, the county election board located

in the county wherein supervision of the district is located shall

be responsible for certifying its elections. The Secretary of the

State Election Board shall prescribe procedures for certification.
