Okla. Stat. tit. 26, § 26-16-102.1: Illegal handling of voting ballots

Any unauthorized person who knowingly removes a ballot from a

polling place or who knowingly carries a ballot into a polling place

shall be deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony offense.
