Okla. Stat. tit. 26, § 26-16-110: Misdemeanors

Where this section sits in the code

Any person deemed guilty of a misdemeanor under provisions of

this act shall, upon conviction, be confined to the county jail for

not more than one (1) year, or fined not more than Ten Thousand

Dollars ($10,000.00) or both.
