Okla. Stat. tit. 26, § 26-2-101.7: Election of officers - Terms

On the first Monday in April, 1983, and every four (4) years

thereafter, the State Election Board shall meet upon the call of the

Secretary to elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman. Terms of the

Chairman, Vice Chairman and member shall begin at that time.
