Okla. Stat. tit. 26, § 26-7-108.1: Exit poll - Notice

Any person desiring to conduct an exit poll within three hundred

(300) feet of any ballot box shall notify the secretary of the

county election board of his intentions to do so no later than 5

p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the election.
