Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-10-303.1: Availability of administrative permit hearing

In accordance with the provisions of Section 2-14-304 of this

title, an administrative permit hearing shall be available on a

proposed permit which is based on a Tier III solid waste permit

application for a new permit or for the major modification of an

existing permit involving a fifty percent (50%) or more increase in

permitted capacity for storage, treatment or disposal including but

not limited to incineration.
