Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-11-103: Recycling initiatives - Cooperation of Department

with institutions of higher learning.

It is the intent of the Legislature that institutions of higher

learning in this state, with the cooperation of the Department of

Environmental Quality, conduct studies to facilitate the design and

implementation of recycling initiatives.
