Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-11-604: Collection and recovery services

The collection and recovery provisions of this act shall apply

to covered devices used and returned by consumers in this state.

Manufacturers are encouraged to offer collection and recovery

services to address the collection, recycling and reuse of computer

and other electronic equipment not covered by the provisions of this

act.
