Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-11-606: Retailer-Sale requirements

A retailer shall not sell or offer for sale a covered device in

this state unless the covered device is labeled in accordance with

Section 5 of this act and the manufacturer of the covered device is

included on the state list of manufacturers with recovery plans.
