Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-14-102: Intent

It is the intent of the Oklahoma Legislature that the Oklahoma

Uniform Environmental Permitting Act provide for uniform permitting

provisions regarding notices and public participation opportunities

that apply consistently and uniformly to applications for permits

and other permit authorizations issued by the Department of

Environmental Quality.
