Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-3-503: Notice of complaint - Opportunity to provide written

information pertinent to complaint.

If the Department undertakes an enforcement action as a result

of a complaint, the Department shall notify the complainant of the

enforcement action by mail and offer the complainant an opportunity

to provide written information pertinent to the complaint within

fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of the mailing.
