Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-6-310.4: Act not to affect certain agencies' powers and

duties.

No provision of this act shall affect the powers and duties of

any state agency or any agency of any political subdivision of the

state which is charged with responsibility for water control or

water management.
