Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-3-303: Filing period, notification and declaration of

candidacy.

Any person found eligible by the Commission to be elected a

district director shall have their name placed on the official

ballot, upon filing with the Commission a notification and

declaration of candidacy, during the first two weeks in May. The

notification and declaration shall be in the form prescribed by the

Commission.
