Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-3-404: County funds may be appropriated

In those counties of the state which contain in whole or in part

a conservation district, the county excise board may, at it

discretion, upon request of the directors of such conservation

district, appropriate money from the county general fund for use by

the district or districts serving the particular county from which

the appropriation is made.
