Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-3-413: Directors' participation in health or dental

insurance plans.

Directors of a conservation district may elect to participate in

the health or dental insurance plan offered by the conservation

district to its employees as provided for in the State and Education

Employees Group Insurance Act. The conservation district director

shall pay the full cost of the insurance premium for the coverage at

the rate prescribed by and pursuant to the terms and conditions of

the health or dental plan.
