Okla. Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-4-1-107: Board of Health - Authority to adopt rules and

requirements.

The State Board of Health is authorized to adopt such rules and

requirements as it deems necessary to establish adaptive standards

of care where an extreme emergency exists as defined in the Oklahoma

Emergency Response Act.
