Okla. Stat. tit. 28, § 28-10: Charging for constructive mileage - Penalty

Any county, township or district officer who shall knowingly

charge, receive or collect any fees for constructive service or

mileage shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and in addition to

his punishment shall forfeit his office and thereafter be forever

barred from holding any office of honor, trust or profit in this

state.
