Okla. Stat. tit. 28, § 28-84: Certificates to be issued to witnesses

The clerk of the district court shall, upon proof of claim,

issue to witnesses, mentioned in the two preceding sections,

certificates showing the names of witnesses, number of days'

attendance, distance traveled and the amount of such fees and

mileage; such clerks shall keep a record of the certificates so

issued.
