Okla. Stat. tit. 29, § 29-2-104.1: Commercial purposes

"Commercial purposes" shall mean to manage on a business basis

or engage in any transaction or exchange for consideration,

including barter, the offer to sell or possession with intent to

sell for profit, or monetary gain.
