Okla. Stat. tit. 29, § 29-2-110: Fishing

"Fishing" is defined as the taking or attempting to take fish or

other aquatic dwelling organisms by hook and line, seine, trap or

such other means as may be designated as legal by the provisions of

this Code or by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission.
