Okla. Stat. tit. 29, § 29-2-139: Safety zone

Where this section sits in the code

"Safety zone" is only that water area below any dam for the

distance of fifty (50) yards from the base of the dam; or, if there

is a turbine outlet extending from the dam, then the area between

the base of the dam and the furthermost point of the turbine outlet.

In no instance shall this zone include the land adjacent to those

waters.
