Okla. Stat. tit. 29, § 29-5-413: Mounted specimens of wildlife - Seizure of items,

equipment, vehicles or other property.

A. Mounted specimens of wildlife shall be considered as the

type of wildlife they represent for purposes of enforcement of

Sections 5-202, 5-203.1, 5-401, 5-411 or 8-104 of this title.

B. Such mounted specimens shall not be placed alongside state

highways or interstate highways for the purpose of enforcing this

title.

C. Any item, equipment, vehicle or other property which is used

or operated in violation of Sections 5-203.1, 5-401, 5-411 or 8-104

of this title pursuant to the provisions of this section shall not

be subject to seizure and forfeiture under the provisions of this

title unless it is the second or subsequent violation of the

provisions of this section by the person.
