Okla. Stat. tit. 29, § 29-7-402: Activities in other states injurious

It shall be the duty of the Commission to initiate appropriate

legal action in the Federal Court or through notification or

cooperative arrangements with the wildlife conservation authorities

of other states or the federal government in all cases where actions

of individuals, firms or corporations in other states carry on

activities which are injurious to wildlife of this state.
