Okla. Stat. tit. 3, § 3-65.9: Appropriations and taxation

The governing body of any municipality having power to

appropriate and raise money, is hereby authorized to appropriate,

and to raise by taxation or otherwise, sufficient monies to carry

out the provisions of this act.
