Okla. Stat. tit. 3, § 3-93: Disposition of funds received

All money derived from the sale of such leases, and from any

royalties subsequently accruing, shall be deposited in the State

Treasury and credited to the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and

Aeronautics Revolving Fund, and such money may be expended in the

same manner and for the purposes as other money in the fund is

authorized to be expended.
