Okla. Stat. tit. 30, § 30-2-115: Limitation of discharge by court

A guardian of a minor appointed by a court is not entitled to

his discharge until one (1) year after the majority of the ward

unless the court determines that the minor has earlier validly

released said guardian after a final accounting.
