Okla. Stat. tit. 34, § 34-7: Numbering of petitions

Each order for a direct ballot by the voters that is filed with

the Secretary of State by initiative petition, referendum petition,

and by the Legislature shall be numbered consecutively, each in a

series by itself, beginning with one, to be continued year after

year, without duplication of numbers.
