Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-105: "Transacting" insurance

"Transact" with respect to insurance includes any of the

following:

1. Solicitation and inducement.

2. Preliminary negotiations.

3. Effectuation of a contract of insurance.

4. Transaction of matters subsequent to effectuation of the

contract and arising out of it.
