Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1148: Adherence to loss cost filings - Application to workers'

compensation insurance.

Applicable to workers’ compensation insurance only, every member

of, or subscriber to, a licensed advisory organization shall adhere

to the loss cost filings made on its behalf by such organization

within ninety (90) days of the effective date of the loss cost

filing.
