Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-117: General penalty

Where this section sits in the code

In addition to any other penalty which may be applicable

thereto, either under this Code or otherwise, violation of any

provision of this Code shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be

punishable as such where no greater penalty is provided therefor.
