Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-124: Incorporation of new measures into benefit plans

Any measure enacted relating to a benefit plan shall be

incorporated into any benefit plan that is issued or renewed on or

after the effective date of the act unless specifically provided for

otherwise.
