Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1623: Purchase money mortgages

Where this section sits in the code

An insurer may invest in purchase money mortgages or like

securities, received by it upon the sale or exchange of real

property theretofore owned by it. Provided, however, such

investments shall be subject to the limitations of Section 1622 of

this title.
