Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1626: Investments of foreign, alien insurers

Where this section sits in the code

The investments of a foreign or alien insurer shall be as

permitted by the laws of its domicile but shall be of a quality

substantially as high as those required under this article for

similar funds of like domestic insurers.
