Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-1708: Release only on order

Where this section sits in the code

No such release of deposited funds shall be made except upon

application to and the written order of the Insurance Commissioner.

The Insurance Commissioner shall have no liability for any such

release of any such deposit or part thereof so made by it in good

faith.
