Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2016: Examination of Association - Report

The Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty

Association shall be subject to the examination by the Commissioner

and a report shall be made not less than annually by the board of

directors concerning the financial condition of the Association.

The report shall be made in such form as the Commissioner shall

prescribe.
