Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2612: Nonliability of corporation

No liability shall attach to any corporation holding a

certificate of authority under this article or to the directors,

officers, or employees of suchcorporation, by reason of the failure

on the part of any of its participating hospitals, physicians, or

other health care providers to render service, except as herein

provided, to any of its subscribers, nor for the negligence,

malpractice or other acts of its participating hospitals,

physicians, or other health care providers.
