Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2661: Nonliability of corporation

No liability shall attach to any corporation holding a

certificate of authority under this article by reason of the failure

on the part of any of its participating optometrists to render

service, except as herein provided, to any of its subscribers, nor

for the negligence, malpractice or other acts of its participating

optometrists.
