Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2684: Exemptions

The provisions of this Article shall govern and apply only to

nonprofit dental service corporations. Such corporations shall be

exempt from all other provisions of the insurance laws of this

state; provided, however, that Articles 1, 3, 12, 17, 18, and

Section 1606 of Title 36, Oklahoma Statutes, shall apply to such

corporations to the extent that such provisions are not in conflict

with the provisions of this Article.
